COVID-19-THE CURSE
Hello Readers,
Today, I was sitting in my room alone, suddenly my mind starts thinking about why I am sitting like this, why I can’t go out to roam, to walk, to the market or in the garden. Even I can’t go out for worship in the temple also.
After that, I thought I am sitting in my room safely but is it possible for everyone to stay at home like this? Is every family is feeling the same as me?
Sorry, but the answer is a big NO.
The reason behind the problem across the world is covid-19 or Coronavirus.
This pandemic had shaken the whole World not a single time but twice.
Uncountable people lost their lives, their job, their lifestyle, and above all their happiness. I am also one of them facing the same.
I didn't lose anything because of this covid-19 but yes the fear of losing something always runs in my mind especially here in the country of India.
Life was very cheerful here in India throughout the year because of it,s different culture, festivals, society, language, types of people. And, it was all fine before the covid-19 pandemic.
India is not a developed country like the USA, most of the population in India still lived below the poverty line, in short poor people with no proper food and shelter. No fixed-job nor any permanent source of income. Those people earn daily to feed their family like selling vegetables on streets, selling street food, work as construction labor, etc.
Those people became totally unemployed due to the nationwide lockdown. Most of the people start roaming or moving from their work city to their native hometown to save their lives.
It was my first experience that I had seen the entire country was in the home, all the shops were closed no people are seen on road, no transportation was there for people. There is no train, no plane, no bus, no auto nor any private vehicle.
People have to stay in their homes because of strict action taken by the Government. No one was allowed to go out without any necessity. Such an experience was so terrible.
The marriage ceremony begins to postponed, People started losing jobs not only for private-sector jobs but the government sector employees also. The business has been shut down, Only essential commodity services were allowed with restrictions.
I spent almost 2 months in a single room without going outside. It was not less than a prison to stay in the home for the whole day for near around 2 months.
But, like any other calamity, it also seemed to be in control for a while but no we are wrong the pandemic came back once again with more danger and disaster in India. Not only the Indian People but the Government also found helpless.
I can’t able to write now more on this, and will share the disaster of covid-19 this year in my next article.
